FAQ

I’m awkward on camera. Will that show?

No. I guide every pose and expression, so you can relax and just be you.

How many people can join Together?

Up to 5 people. Groups of 6 or more need a custom inquiry; there is no extra-person add-on.

Can I use personal photos for my business?

No. Personal sessions are for personal, noncommercial use only, not company team headshots, business branding or commercial marketing.

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% booking deposit is generally nonrefundable; final terms are confirmed in your contract. The balance is due before your session.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice; one complimentary reschedule. Cancellation specifics are subject to contract review.

Where is the studio?

The Hutch Studio, 950 Cobb Pkwy S, Unit 120, Marietta, GA 30060 (around the back of the Barclay Village plaza). Parking is free. Studio hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus select Saturdays. Online booking shows every open date. Need a date or time outside our regular booking hours, or one that isn't shown? Use "Join the waitlist" in our online scheduler or email jasmine@jlaviiphotography.com with your requested date and time. We'll review your request and let you know if we can make it work. Events and similar occasions are not limited to studio hours. Availability is confirmed through inquiry—share your event date and time so we can check. Photography sessions may take place at an approved location, including Essential and The Seed. SPOTLIGHT™ takes place at The Hutch Studio only. For photography and on-location coverage, approved locations within 15 miles of The Hutch Studio OR within Atlanta city limits have no travel fee. Outside that area, the travel fee is $75. Location approval is required; rental and permit fees are extra. SPOTLIGHT™ is studio-only. A 50% booking deposit is generally nonrefundable; balance due before the session. Final cancellation terms are subject to contract review.
