Your annual photography experience keeps your visuals fresh all through 2027, with the option to get a head start in December 2026. We recommend one session per quarter, but you can book whenever you need them: spread out through the year, or a few close together.
Booking & Redemption Terms
- Packages are available November 27–30, 2026.
- Sessions may begin as early as December 1, 2026. Plan to use your sessions by December 31, 2027.
- December 2026 sessions count toward your package.
- Quarterly scheduling is recommended, not required.
- Sessions take place at The Hutch Studio or on location, are reserved in advance, and dates are first come, first served.
- Pay in full through Acuity; use your package code to redeem sessions in Acuity.
- Standard scheduling and rescheduling policies apply.
- December 31, 2027 is our intended scheduling target, not a statement that unused paid value is forfeited. Final terms are subject to legal review.
- Packages are non-transferable.

A few quick answers
Are there bonus sessions?
No. Each package includes exactly four sessions, with a $200 saving instead of bonus upgrades or extra sessions.
Do we have to book one session each quarter?
We recommend quarterly sessions, but it’s not required. You may start in December 2026, spread sessions out, or book a few close together, subject to availability.
How do we purchase and book?
Pay in full using the Acuity package checkout, then use your package code to book your sessions in Acuity.
What happens after December 31, 2027?
We intend sessions to be used by that date. We are not stating that unused paid value is forfeited; final terms require legal review.
Are gift cards part of the annual offer?
No. Gift cards are separate purchases, valid for at least five years from purchase.
